I signed a contract and gave them a deposit. After the installation, I wanted to view the camera from my cell phone. They told me that I needed to enter a PIN to access the camera but would not give it to me. He told me that the installers was supposed to give me the PIN (but never did) and said that if I could find the names of the installers they would be able to provide it for me. I want them to send someone out to explain how to work the security system but they have been very nasty with me. I would not recommend Total Security to anyone
