We are very pleased with the stoop repair and other cement fill. They were punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly and completely.

1930 brick residence rear wall. 90 brick replacements,pointing,sealant,door lintel replacement,window caulking. "no problem" Mani solved all problems. Job finished on time with no up charges. Easy to work with.

Mani has done what is asked and required from the job. He is also very reasonable with the price also.

This is a good company to work with. Mani listened to what we wanted done and clearly wrote a step by step contract that was fulfilled in the time they said it would be finished. After the work was done we discovered a slight problem and they returned and fixed it within a few days. Competent, reliable, good communication.

Excellent work on new plywood and stucco. but mani never asked me what color for final finish thoroughcoat and gave me a sea green which looks ugly. He must have had left over materials. I don’t see the wall was it’s on my neighbors yard but he should have asked before using such a crazy color

UPDATE: The owner has worked with me and personally came and added the mortar and corrected any imperfections. I was specific with my request on what needed to be done on my steps. Everything we stated, once I reviewed the contract they did not even write everything we stated. I had to keep repeating. Once the job started, on the initial price he added 1300 on top saying he needs to do more work. Mind you what he stated was exactly what I requested. I had a back and forth and only paid 400 more on top which honestly I should not have. The job is done but my steps still need touch ups. They still have not returned to complete. Some of the bricks mortar is cracking or did not have enough mortar. I recommend not to use this company.

I was impressed with the commitment to and the timeliness in the execution of the project. I also felt that every attempt was made to address my concerns with respect to what the final product would look like. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Mani was absolutely awesome to work with. He took care of every aspect of the projects. He would respond promptly and with courtesy. Very respectful of the needs of the home owner. Highly recommend the company and Mani.

A seamless professional workmanship. The contractor is a respectful professional focused in performing a job with excellence.

The company are efficient in cleaning up after work is done. Came early and worked a full day. My only complaint is that they need to address staff on being more mindful of clients personal items and not to do rush up jobs. Fortunately they have one very good worker that makes up for all others. I would hire them again in the future and I believe in being straight forward with them.

Mani was very thorough in the work to be performed and the pricing. His workers were thorough and attentive to anything I noticed that they didn't and made the appropriate correction. In light of the hot weather they worked diligently. They are pleasant to work with and very courteous. I would recommend them.

Mani was really good at answering questions and making suggestions. His prices are extremely fair and the work was good. At the time of this review he will be coming back to power wash the front of the house due to residual dust and cement. If there was an issue, he quickly rectifies it. We are satisfied with the job overall and plan to hire him again soon for additional work
