We have used Jassy on two separate occasions. The first time, we found him here on home advisor, he did a great job on our fence and concrete, he was never on time and showed up when he felt like but we overlooked that because he did a great job. The second time we hired him, he outsourced the work to noobies who broke our foundation stucco, damaged our neighbors foundation stucco, poked a hole in our roof right before a rainstorm and broke several of our window screens, we begged him to send someone else but he did not, he told us he would fix the damage but he never showed up toward the end, he left us with piles of garbage and thousands of dollars in damages.
