I live in Bellmore but the Bellmore store does not have evening hours during the week so I went to the Elmont store on Thursday night.  I walked in the door and everyone was very friendly and Pia , a design consultant, came over to help me.  I was not sure what I style I wanted since I was trying to match a beautiful but busy granite countertop .  I had just come from work and was not having luck picking a tile on my own, Pia was very helpful and had an extensive knowledge of their tiles and a very good designer's eye for matching it to my granite.  She picked a tile and color that worked beautifully with the counter, cabinets and paint color.  She did not have a sample on hand but ordered a few tiles in 2 different shades for me to take home.  When the samples came in to the store in Elmont , another member of their team who lived in my neighborhood brought the tiles to Bellmore for my convenience.  The tiles were beautiful and I ordered the color Pia recommended.  The tile is up and it looks great in the room, it is a great quality and the color works great with the granite.   I highly recommend their store , the people are friendly, knowledgable and very patient with those of us who do not have a great eye for design and color.

I stopped by the Elmont store twice (March/April 2013). Since the owner was busy with other customers, I and left my name and telephone number, requesting discussion re granite counter-tops/tile installation for my kitchen. Although promised a call-back, owner never responded.

It was a great experience from the help we received from the sales force to the on time delivery of the tile, grout and sealer.

My wife and I recently built a new house and had to tile 3 bathrooms and are both helpless when it comes to design and trying to coordinate with our toilets and bathtubs and fixtures. After having to make so many decisions for the house it was great to walk into Fiorano and have them make the process so easy for us. The showroom is quite large and they make the most of it with different styles of tile all installed on boards throughout to help spark ideas. On our first visit we were fortunate to work with one of the owners and he used it as an education session for us to get to learn about the different styles and makes of tile. I have to admit, I think we made close to 10 visits by the time we were done and we got to know the staff really well, all of whom were knowledgeable and friendly. In the end, and after all the time they spent with us, we ended up going with the tile that was all on sale and we got great deals. We did check out Home Depot and Lowe's and the tile at those stores just didn't compare to what we ended up choosing at Fiorano and there was nobody at those stores to really sit down with us and design our bathrooms. When it came time for delivery, everything came well packaged and on time and weeks later when the tiler realized he hadn't asked for enough, Fiorano rushed some tile over the morning we requested it. It was a genuinely good experience and we would definitely recommend our family and friends to work with Fiorano.

They designed by bathroom tile layout and it came out GREAT. Actually Jessica and Barbara helped my wife. We did not have any problems with the order. They have really nice tile, unlike the other stores my wife went to, and compared to the two that I went to personally. I did not have the same problem the other reviewer had, I hired a good tile installer and I felt it was HIS responsibility to quantify the amount of tile I needed! I would never let a designer do the quantity, these ladies were so nice an helpful, and since my tile guy reviewed my selections and told me how much HE thinks I need to order, everything went very very smooth. The order did take one more week than they told me, it was coming from another company in California and it was during the holidays, so they said it was because of that. I recommend Fiorano to all my friends.

It did not go well at all. Jessica took the contractor's measurements and messed up the order so badly. She ordered two cases of wall tile that we did not need extra and she ordered the wrong number of pencil tiles. She should have ordered 27 pencil tiles and 62 chair rail tiles and she reversed the numbers. She ordered 62 pencil tiles and 27 chair tiles. Because of that, we needed to order an additional 35 chair tiles and because it was six weeks later, they charged us the "new" price for the chair tiles which was $13.90 each opposed to the $12.60 on the original order. I wrote them a letter and they did not respond to me. I told them I did not like their policy of no returns on "extra" tiles but they said you would not have to much extra. They were wrong. 2 extra cartons of wall tile was a lot. Also because of her error, we had 35 pieces of pencil tiles at a price of $8.00 a piece left over and we needed to order 35 pieces of a more expensive chair tile to finish the bath.
