FAMILY HOME IMPROVEMENT CORP

The men arrived early Friday morning to break up and remove old driveway and patio.  We had requested that the new cement be poured on a Saturday since we live on a street with a public school.  Between car traffic and foot traffic we thought Saturday would be the best day.  The men arrived ready to go, but the weather did not cooperate.  It rained steadily  so the job couldn't be done.  Instead it was done on the following Monday.  We reserved parking out front with our cars so that the trucks would have a place to park when they arrived.  The job proceeded just fine.  The workers were very good and very attentive to their job.  When they finished they tied up a baracade of yellow caution tape to protect the wet cement.  
We are very pleased with the quality of the work and most impressed with the professionalism of the company and the work ethic of the men.
We would definitely use this provider again and have recommended them to several neighbors who are needing some work done.

Very responsive and timely.  Very good work on replacement of stairs leading to our basement. the owner worked out a deal to include replacing our cement porch as well. We were very satisfied with the work.

I used them 7 or 8 years ago to install windows in my house and they did such a great job that I decided to redo my entire house after Sandy. They started on time and finished within the 2 week time frame they said they would on the last job.

Quoted one price but was not even close. Had to clean up for 2 weeks after they left the job site.

Family Home Improvement Corporation is okay. They are a little expensive; but otherwise it is okay. The quality of their work was fair.

They were on time, and their work was very nice. The price was a bit high, not the cheapest but the work was good. He used subcontractors to complete the work.

First had estimate and review of work they had done in the past.  Went to one other contractor which was about $2,000 more (and that was with me buying things myself).  Decided to go with Family Home Improvement.  Everything started right on schedule.  Project manager assigned to handle each phase of the job. Demolition, plumbing, electrical, then carpentry and finally tile and installation of vanity, shower, etc.   Bathroom turned out beautiful. I purchased a couple of things myself (vanity, mirror, towel bar, toilet tissue holder, storage cabinet for mounting on wall.  They took care of installing everything.  I'm very pleased with the way the job went.

I liked that they were knowledgeable and quick. They are an outfit that cares about what they do. They take pride in what they do.

It took quite a long time to get the job done. They said it would take a certain amount of time and it took longer. They had quite a few people coming in and out that didn't know how to do things. The sliding door took quite a while as well. They damaged a few tiles in my kitchen. They sent someone in to do it but they didn't do a good job. It is peeling up now.

The project went very well. They stayed on top of all phases from start to finish.

I didn't like the stock that they had in vanities and they refused to install a vanity that I found on the internet. I guess it was too expensive because they didn't want to be liable. They are good people, but they were very particular when it came to the vanity. The rest of the work they did was fine though.

I've used the company before and they're pretty good. I had one issue with the roof; it rained and I had a leak and they were out to fix it within two hours.
