They did an excellent job. You can really see a difference from before and after and the work that they do is really professional. They also have really great customer service skills and I really enjoy working with them.

There were a lot of stains and I was considering just scrapping it to buy new carpet. These guys came out and brought my carpet back to life. They were great. Very prompt, they said they'd arrive at 9 am and they did. The work took about 3 hours and I couldn't be happier. They did a dynamite job and I can't say enough good things about them.

It went great. I have used him for over 15 years. He always moves my furniture and is very careful. I was able to walk on my carpet very quickly with the method he uses. I also recommended him to a friend and she used him a week ago and is very pleased! His prices are also very reasonable.

They showed up on time and moved the furniture for us. They did a lot of stuff and there were very thorough. The guy that owns the place is very detailed oriented and knows his stuff. They even offer a program to remind you when you should get the carpets cleaned. It's a great service.

The experience is great. They also use an air freshener and a softener for the carpet.

When he arrived, he proceeded to set up all his technical cleaning equipment. I was amazed at how efficient and thorough he was! He started by vacuuming up all the loose debris in the room. Then he commenced with a deep, deep shampoo (cleaning) process that blew me away! I still don't fully understand the whole procedure, but I will say this; Earl Cambell of E.C. Carpet Cleaning is the best I've seen! He's sincere, caring and very knowledgeable about the carpet and upholstery cleaning business.
