They are professional, thorough, prompt and affordable.  They have provided helpful tips such as changing to single-ply toilet paper to avoid plumbing issues. They will also delay billing and clean up well after themselves.

This was my first experience with a provider found through Angie's list, and it was very pleasant start to finish; everybody I dealt with at Cornetta Brothers was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. When I described my problems over the phone to Christine, she advised that she would make an appointment with Big Joe, a faucet expert. (There's another Joe who is one of the owners and, I presume, much smaller.) Big Joe arrived right on time, repaired the bathtub faucets in short order and then moved on to the sink. He advised that the existing faucet was repairable with new cartridges, and that it would not be necessary to install the new faucet that I had purchased just-in-case unless I chose to. Big Joe said to call if there were any further problems.
A few days later, I found that the sink faucet was still dripping and called Cornetta Brothers again. They contacted Big Joe in the field and he was able to fit us into his schedule that afternoon. He determined that one of the cartridges that he had used was faulty, and replaced it. Big Joe and I also saw signs of leakage under, the sink, but couldn't locate the source. After a few days, when the leak under the sink hadn't stopped, I contacted Cornetta Brothers again. Josephine contacted Big Joe and called me back to advise that we would probably need a new faucet – I had already returned to Home Depot – after all, and to let him know when I had it in hand.
With nothing to lose, I felt around under the sink, turned off the water in the house, undid a nut under the sink, wrapped the threads with teflon tape – us 82-year olds accumulate a lot of tools and materials over the years! – and eliminated the leak. Shortly thereafter, Big Joe called to find out where we stood; he was genuinely pleased that I had solved the problem.
The point is this: The people at Cornetta Brothers, and Big Joe in particular, were genuinely concerned about my problem and eager to help solve it. They were nice to deal with, and Big Joe was a pleasure to have in our house. Their response was speedy. Their price was fair. Nobody tried to sell me additional services or to inflate my bill.
Big Joe knows his stuff. I can't fault him or Cornetta Brothers for the faulty replacement cartridges; those things happen..
