Busy Bee Climate Control

To my residence on 11/16 they tried to call Joe to get a price for the work. Joe call back gave me a price of $700. They worked about 45 minutes. I got into an argument with him over the phone, my son got involved agreed to pay him $600. Joe showed up at my house and my son paid him. Did not have a receipt and told my son he would send it the next day she never did. I called Joe several times to get my receipt but he must have my number block. Cell number is 917962485.

Josh (you?re the best) responded to a call of no heat over Thanksgiving weekend and despite the holiday limiting the parts department he got our system up and running. On follow up visits he thoroughly investigated the problem, which tuned out to be different than it seemed in first glance. He also took time to explain how the solution would be effective. Deirdre and the other staff I spoke to on the phone were really helpful as well. Thanks again!

I have to give Busy Bee my highest rating. They were always professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They did the work fast and professionally, and I couldn't be happier. The plumbers were the best and super friendly as well. 5 Stars easily. This was a new boiler install and i'm so happy to have balanced heat in the whole house.
