Well, I filed charges in court for the roof issue. As for the siding issue, their Quality Control Manager came to my home and said that the insulation is supposed to be "floated" because I have stucco. I won the court case for the roof issue but it was my job to get the paper work to them. It was hard to pin them down because they move quite often which is very shady. The papers came back as address unknown. They are not in Elmont anymore, and not in Long Beach any more. Last I heard they moved to New Hyde Park or somewhere over there. I've given up and moved on with my life. But I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE.

They came for estimate and did not return when they were supposed to. We had to call again and canceled the service and they just said "see you in court" with no apology. They were very nasty and I would never recommend them.

Very professional workers. They did an excellent job of removing and replacing all windows and cleaned up and took old windows away. Very satisfied with the quality and workmanship.

Entire job completed in two days in a most professional manner. Crew of five workers were excellent and did highest quality work. Very satisfied from the original estimate to the job completion (also had windows replaced by same company). The quality of the material was top rated and the installation was done much quicker and better than I had expected. They also removed all debris and cleaned up everything. Highly recommended.
