We called Eric after we could not get the heat working after an oil delivery.  He was able to arrive within a few hours of our call.  He was very knowlable about our boiler and got right to work.  He cleaned our filter and changed our nozzle on the boiler.  He also noticed that our boiler settings were not set up properly so he made the necessary adjustments to have it run more efficiently.   We discussed about converting our heating system to gas and he gave us some cost effective options for us to consider when we would be ready.  That was truly appreciated.  When we are ready to go ahead with the conversion we will definitely call his back
