All Nassau Appliance Repair

DO NOT USE HIM! Henry came to repair my mother in laws washing machine. To say the lease, the washing machine was never fixed. He was paid via Zelle to ruin her machine. She had then accidentally sent him money via Zelle again and he hasn't been returning any phone calls, texts etc. This guy is a CROOK and a SCAM business.

Very good. Usually I have no problems after they come and the repairs were made. I've already made references to them to other people that I know.

The minute he came, he knew what the issue was right away. He ordered the part and came out the next day for the replacement and I haven't had and problems since.

It went well. They assessed situation, gave a quote for repair, came the next day and repaired it and it was a seamless experience overall.

Henry was amazing. He was honest and reasonable. I would absolutely recommend hin to anyone.

He was super responsive and called immediately after i submitted a request. However, i should've known after he told me that he would be there at 9 am the next morning and didn't show. When I called to find out why, he told me he didn't have my information (after calling me from his cell phone the night before). I challenged him that he called me and should have in his cell to call me and he told me it was a different system and something about his truck breaking down. I had missed work to stay home for this and what a disappointment. I will say he kept trying to make it up to me by texting me discounts and letting him fix it, but unfortunately, the trust was already broken and I couldn't see myself paying him money.

Henry came and evaluated the problem. We needed parts. I ordered the parts and Henry came back and installed them. It did cost me 2 visits but I totally understood.

I called Payless on March 3, 2018 after reading mostly excellent reviews on Yelp. My GE Cafe Advantium Microwave had stopped working after a storm. Henry showed up within a few hours and tested the microwave. Unfortunately it was not a fuse and he had to order a computer part. If it hadn't been such an expensive item I would have replaced the microwave. I paid him $135.25 for the part and he expected to have it within a few days. I called numerous times and left numerous voicemails and he finally called back on March 14 and said he had the part and would be over shortly. He replaced the part and the microwave still didn't work. He said he would have to order a second computer which had apparently been damaged as well. I paid him an additional $348.60 for that part and sent him off with a cup of coffee and breakfast. This is where it goes downhill completely. At the beginning of April I started reaching out to him again as I hadn't heard anything about the part. Again, numerous messages and no response. I called him again from a landline number that I hadn't called him from before and he picked up the phone. I asked him about the part. He called his supplier while I was holding and he said that the part would not be in until the middle of May. I told him I would follow up with him at that time and asked him if I owed him anything else at this point. He said no, as I had already paid for the parts. I called on May 14 and numerous times after that. I left numerous voicemails, texts and emails and, again, nothing. On May 17 I tried calling yet again, and again from a landline that he did not know. He picked up and said he would call his supplier at 2:00 and get back to me. Again, nothing. I have left numerous voicemails and emails - and nothing. Not only does he have my money but he has part of the microwave that he took back to his shop so that he could insert the parts offsite and bring the completed part back. This man is just a common thief. I am filing a complaint with the BBB - where he does have other complaints - as well as with the Nassau County Office of Consumer Affairs. A word of warning - STAY AWAY!!!

Microwave had died, they came in, tested it and changed a blown fuse in the back on the appliance.
They also checked my electric oven and, free of charge, gave me some advice about how to calibrate it.
Good experirence all in all.

Machine worked ok except that now when lid is lifted the water does not stop coming into machine as it did before. Wasn't clear on what he did to get machine operating again. Just want to add that I did not submit this review until now because a family member was very ill and I had other things I had to address so I just didn't get around to doing it in a timely fashion.

I called the service to have an over the range microwave repaired, but the parts were not available, so the microwave could not be fixed.
I bought a new one, and asked them to install it.  
One person came, but he needed another person to help him support the microwave, so he left and then came back the next day with another person.  Everything went fine and I am satisfied with the work they performed.  
However, I wish there was more communication within the company.
I explained on the phone that I needed a new over the range microwave installed.  They should really have sent  2 people in the first place.  
I also wish they were more clear on the time they were showing up.  If they were running late or not clear on the time, they could have notified me instead of me bothering them with calls.  
That said, I still highly recommend this company.  The people were very nice and polite.  Compared to certain electronics chains, the installation price was very reasonable.  

To my surprise, my oven was repaired the same day I called.  Response time was within the 45-minute window as promised.

I was very pleased with the cost of the repair.  Technician was very courteous and efficient.  I am glad to have my oven back!!

Henry was a charming and professional gentleman who quickly diagnosed the problem with my machine and gave me his honest opinion about how to proceed. I would highly recommend him and will use his services in the future as well as share him with friends and Family. Thank You Henry!!!

When my refrigerator broke, I called Henry from Payless Appliance Repair who responded to my house very promptly. When I first spoke to him he gave me a time frame of one hour, one hour and a half max. Within 45 minutes of talking to him, he was at my house. Henry was very courteous, professional and was honest in his assessment of the problem, he could have claimed that a more expensive part was broken and could have charged me for more. The service that he provided was inexpensive and saved me a lot of money. I forgot to mention that Henry was contacted on a Sunday, at about 0930 AM and he came and fixed the refrigerator without charging extra for being the weekend, no appointment...etc.
