It was two years ago that I called Malik. There were problems with system turning off periodically. He said cleaning is the problem and the cost was for this service only. Now that I have a problem with another system, I decided to call him again but wasn't sure about the number I have so I found him here and he deserves this good review

I dont advise anyone to do any business with this company because this guy is a thief and he took my money $3,500 check which he cashed the same day and when he delivered the units one was not a carrier unit. I told Malik this is what we had agreed to get a carrier unit and I returned the delivery and asked him to give me my money back and he said as soon as he receives his credit from the company I am going to send you the money. After 1 week he said he sent a certified check through the mail. I did not receive it so I called Malik and he said its late in the mail and when I keep waiting for the check and I dont receive it I realized this guy is lying to me. I keep calling him and he never answers my calls and I went to sue him for my money and the court asked me to get a real address for him because what he has on his site is the PO Box address. I put in a complaint at Home Advisor because they promote him without a real address. If he doesnt return my money within a week I am going to post on that page screenshots from the message he sent to me regarding that matter.

The guys at Air Pro Max were professional and efficient. They surveyed what my issue was and promptly got the parts they needed within 45 minutes and fixed my boiler. Canâ t ask for much more than that.

They are great. They have troubleshot the system and figured out whats wrong with it, as oppose to what i was thinking. Very reliable and Honest. Saved me bunch. Thank You guys.
