Window World of Southern Tier

HORRIBLE!
I called Window World to replace a 25 year old Anderson window.  Simple, right?
Over four months waiting for a single window installation, several incorrect window
sizes and several failed installation attempts, I still got a window installed
that is the incorrect size, damaged, with wood window trim that was so bad it had to be replaced!
I could have built a new home in the time it took to get this window installed!
Window World has had over four months to get this right!!
My Travertine tile had to be installed around this window.  The tile contractor would not install the tile
until the window was installed and trimmed.  Close to five months passed (since I signed the Window World contract) and all of the contractors that were scheduled to work on the bathroom moved onto other jobs.  This is an epic fail on all levels!  
Details:
Window World came to my home, we made the deal, signed the contract, and a window was ordered.
Now, you wait another week to get an installer to come out and measure the window.  The installer cancelled on me three times.  I finally called Window World and had them send out another installer.
Another installer arrived, measured and left.  (Why cant the sales guy measure the window?)
Five weeks later a crew of six people arrived, but they could not install the window because it was measured wrong.
They measured again, and another window was ordered.
Four weeks later an installer came with a new window, but it too did not fit and he had his manager come out to measure and order a new window.
Three more weeks and two installers come out and another new window was installed.
However, they did not add any insulation around the window, the decorative flat grids (between the glass) were slightly damaged, and the trim that was put on did not match the original Anderson Trim as I had specified in my contract, AND, they installed it off center. Yeah, the base plate and trim were off-center by one inch.
The window is still not correct.  The original Anderson frame was supposed to have been removed and the new window installed into the frame of the house.  They sized the new window to the Anderson frame making the window a lot smaller than what I had originally wanted.
One of the installers claimed that Window World cannot get good help in my area.  Maybe so, as I have had Window World install thirty Windows in my rental properties in Buffalo New York and have had great success.
In summary, Window World is good, just not this one!
