Trevor's Home Renovations

Trevor and crew came highly recommended by a friend's parent whom he had remodeled a basement for. At our consultation, he assured me and my wife that there was no electrical, plumbing or remodel item that was out of his expertise. We returned from vacation hoping to see some wonderful improvements, but the first thing we saw was all of our curtain rods and blinds tossed in a heap on our bed, and not rehung. That was just the beginning. Our kitchen and basement were partially flooded "twice" because he neglected to connect the drain pipe to the new shower and he broke the water line to our refrigerator. He never returned to repair the drywall he cut away to fix the shower drain, which by the way, he did by propping the pipe up with a scrap piece of 2x4. The new linoleum floor has never been right, with obvious dips and crevices under it. The vanity he first installed was cracked and the replacement one has a broken base. The new toilet leaked within five months due to incorrect installation of the wax ring. The only thing that hasn't happened is the windows falling out, though they are not wrapped or caulked correctly. We have since had these items correctly repaired by quality contractors. The plumber showed us the "creative" plumbing job Trevor did once the drywall was cut away, which was by no means to code. He had even installed the shower head so it sprayed directly at the glass door, leaving me to wonder how to actually enter the shower if I wanted to warm up the water ahead of time ??. He didn't understand the problem but eventually agreed to move it to the correct location. The one and only thing that this person did in a timely, professional manner was to cash our check. I would strongly discourage anyone from using Trevor's Home Renovations for any reason whatsoever.
