+ -1 moreWe took him to small claims court he did not show up. We were granted a judgment, filed it at county clerks. Had a him served with a execution of judgment by sheriffs office twice, then they sent out a letter of Demand. Have not heard a thing, and he is still in business.
Description of Work: Gave RSG half the money for the job, had a contract signed by both of us, took the check, cashed it, and was never heard from again. We gave him $3000.00 up front.
