Kevin answered the phone on the second ring and agreed to help us. He said he'd need to get back into the office to tell us when he could send someone up, but that it would definitely be sometime this week. He called two hours later and said he could send someone up the same afternoon if that would work for us. The guys arrived 10 minutes later and in under an hour had identified the problem, procured the necessary parts, and installed the fix. They were polite, efficient, and intent on cleaning up after themselves and making sure I was happy. And I was!
