They got me in when they had me scheduled, did not use salvaged parts, the end result was fantastic. I had other services done that were not part of the accident and not covered by insurance and they checked with me as far as price and time, i couldn't have been more satisfied. They are convenient, right in downtown Elmira; they are a first class local business.
