After the gas company shut off gas due to leaks on a very cold day. Comfort Zone responded within a couple of hours with 2 service workers ( one experienced and the other less so) and fixed the leaks and got the gas turned back on within a couple of hours. They returned the next day to install a new hot water tank. Although expensive, they were, polite, helpful and efficient. Overall a good experience.

They showed up when they said they would and they installed equipment that was proper for the size of the house. They were very available by phone and their entire crew was very nice to work with, very pleasant.
