when they try to gain your business, they showed up quickly and said everything they can do it very well. Once you signed the contract and paid the deposit, you are trapped! They put off schedule many times, and promised they will come but they didn't, without explanation in advance. Our project need them come several days, between two times they made us wait for more than 2 weeks! Their cleanup didn't even remove the weeds. When I asked why, they answered their cleanup only for dead things, not for weeds! But I told them the first time about our project requirement and the price covers it

Once the soil and seed were spread , grass grew in patches. land is very uneven and grass has not grown in lots of places. No response from Green Acres in spite of continual emailing to them to come and either correct the problem or at least discuss as to what can be done.

Alan responded quickly to the initial inquiry. The company that had done the spring cleanup last year had gone out of business, but I had a copy of their invoice to work from in terms of the scope of work. We quickly agreed on a price and Green Acres did the work that same afternoon.

I was quoted an extremely reasonable price for clearing, leveling and seeding backyard. The front yard was professionally cleaned up and mowed.
