I told him he was hired and had to email his COI to me to send to my Coop management for approval and then he completely blew me off after saying he would send the required COI. For days I waited and emailed him to find out if he was going to send his COI and he never replied to any of my attempts to contact him. His disregard was disrespectful and unprofessional. He should have contacted me to tell me he didn't want the job or couldn't send me his COI but he said he would send me the paperwork and then didn't do what he told me he would do. He is untrustworthy.

Julian, did an excellent and professional nod on repairing my wobbling toilet. My flange was not only broken but it wasn’t even level with my flooring. He not only honestly informed me of this issue, he efficiently and effectively corrected the problem. My advice, hire Giovanna Mechanical, if you want a trustworthy repair from a trustworthy plumber.

We had what should have been an easy toilet repair. Unfortunately, the toilet was not a standard model which presented lots of difficulties. Despite that, the work was well done and we discussed upgrading the toilet in the future to avoid the issue of having to deal with non-standard hardware again.
