They were good. They were able to answer all my questions. They were able to answer technical questions even before I bought it. Even before I bought the computer there, I called them from time to time to ask them questions. Even today, I called to ask a question. They are very good. I've found that everytime I called them, they were patient, they respected my question, they didn't rush me, they answered the questions and if they didn't know the answer they would do research. I've found them very good from that point of view. Their customer service is good. As a matter of fact, today, after I talked to the guy at the Geek Squad, I asked to talk to the manager because I wanted to tell the manager that he did a very good job of customer service, and represented them well. Sometimes when you get customer service it's no good, you don't understand them, they are curt, they're short tempered. So when I get good customer service I am very appreciative. I told the manager that was the case. The price was fair. I didn't do a  lot of research but I thought that the price was within the norm.

Once we finally found someone to assist us things went very well, as the sales rep was very apologetic for the delay in helping us. Once we told him what we were looking for he took his time to explain the pro's and con's for each of the items we were interested in.

Over all Best Buy was great. The guys they sent out to deliver and install our new appliances were pleasant and very knowledgeable. They even took away my old appliances for us. I am still waiting for an in store credit on the dishwasher that we returned.

Best Buy was recommended to us. We are very satisfied with the end result. Our computer is now working properly.

BEST BUY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS GETTING IT FIXED VERY QUICKLY. I AM SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY CAME OUT VERY QUICKLY AND TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE THREE TO FOUR DAYS TO FIX THE PROBLEM; IT TOOK THEM FIVE WEEKS TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL IN MY OPINION. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.
