Antonio Fernandez is the owner of the company and he is a fair, no-nonsense kind of guy. There isn't too much wiggle room for negotiating because he is pretty much giving you a fair price right up front. We replaced our oil burner to a steam gas boiler and his crew spent an entire day doing that. When they were done, they cleaned everything up. Then a couple of weeks later, his crew returned to abandon our underground oil tank- we couldn't believe that they actually did it on the day they had scheduled because it ended up snowing almost 2 feet!!! But sure enough, they did it. We haven't had any problems with our boiler/heating system. Antonio was also very helpful when it came time to fill out our rebate form for National Grid, as our new boiler system and thermostat qualified for a $500 rebate. We have since also used him to come and fix some minor plumbing issues with our toilet bowl. Also, he is very good about taking phone calls and answering questions and overall, taking the time out to listen to you. He is a busy guy so be patient if he sometimes has to switch around the time/appt with you, but be confident that you are getting honest, good service! We really trust him!
