DELL

I am a satisfied Dell customer. Now I can not tell you that they do not charge you for helping you if your computer is not under warranty like mine is, they may tack on charges. I was very satisfied with the help they gave me though. They really worked hard to resolve my problems and I would imagine they would do so for others who were in need of such services.

I physically went to Dell to communicate my needs with them and I thought buying a computer that way was pretty effective. I got what I wanted and not a bunch of stuff I did not need or want. I walked away happy and paid a better price than I probably would have elsewhere.

J & R is a real good company. They are easy to get in touch with and they specialize in computers. That is a big plus. They help you right away. They charge reasonable prices. They could not be more helpful or accommodating. Those are my thoughts as of this point in time.

THERE IS NOT MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND THEY WERE HORRIBLE. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY, JUST FIND SOMEONE ELSE. I THINK THAT NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH.
