The furniture is very nice. But the service was terrible. At the appointed delivery date and time...when no one came, we called the store - and the truck was still packing up. "They were delayed." They brought the wrong mattress. They said it was the right mattress - and I just had to wait 24 hours for it to adjust to the right size. After 24 hrs., it still wasn't the right size. Called and they said they would come and "swap it out" for the right one. On the appointed delivery date and time...when no one came (again), I called and they said they would be there later on that afternoon. "They were delayed." They never came that day. When I finally reached them, they told me they would come on Friday (three days later). They finally came and delivered the right mattress. Again, their products are nice - but the serice is not. They are unprofessional and unreliable.
