About us

The Bishop Team is a group of Real Estate Agents striving to provide the best home buying or selling experience in Western New York. We are a team of real estate agents and administrative staff that work together to help you buy or sell your home! What makes us unique is the fact that we work together. We have a listing department that is lead by Cristin Bishop. Cristin has been in real estate for 7 years and is one of the top agents in Western New York. In 2010 & 2011 she received Keller William's Double Gold Award and in 2013, 2014 & 2015 she earned Keller William's Triple Gold Award. Our buyers side is lead by Andrew Marlinski who has been in real estate for 4 years. Our administrative staff consists of our full time Administrative Assistant, Stephanie Yargeau, who has been working in the real estate industry for 5 years. We also employ a Professional Photographer and Home Stager for ALL of our listings.

Andy Marlinski with The Bishop Team was is the absolute BEST!! We looked at a couple homes with him and when we found our dream home, he did everything to make sure we got it!! He was always there to help answer any and all questions and help facilitate with everyone we worked throughout the whole process. He works so hard and makes it look so easy. Just an all around great guy.
