They came in and did the job, and we haven't had any problems since. They were very professional, very nice and very accommodating.

Due to this company having sour grapes because of my posting what they did to me and giving them an "F" rating, they 'think' they are harassing me by sending me threatening notices for the past year- Yes, a whole year! How dumb! Note to Good Riddance: If you planned to follow through with your threats why haven't you for over a year now!? Hmmm! You can't fool me! You don't have any legal basis to do so, that's why.

They did not do what I hired them to do and I paid them in full anyway! I paid on the spot in my home for a "hidden" "lost leader" charge that did absolutely nothing to rid my house of ants & because I felt my "arm was twisted" for a service call charge that I wasn't told about previously and wasn't warranted for with them not resolving my ant problem! (See my previous complaint posting 7/2013 which they never rectified either).  Little do they know that this only shows more so how UNETHICAL this company is as written in my original posting. BEWARE of this company because even after I've contacted them many times over the past year & told them to check their own records, they still can't get their act together! I will sue them if that's what they want (I have a free attorney). They stated falsehoods also & I notified Angieslist about this last year. Then they stated more falsehoods in their response to Angieslist because they did some things wrong & tried to make an attempt to make themselves look good! It's only a matter of time before they go out of business because there are other competent, ethical companies that they are competing with that can 'actually get rids of insects'.

I hired the company to get rid of carpenter ants but was told by the person who came to take care of them that she couldn't hear the ants or find them. I showed her exactly where they were but she could not do the job!! I was NOT told on the phone or in any paperwork that I would be charged $70 for the visit or I could just go ahead with a perimeter spray for other pests for $130. When I asked if this would get rid of ants I was told "No." So my house continues to be eradicated by carpenter ants until I find a quality company who knows what they're doing. The outer spray didn't work either because I still have spiders, wasps and bees all over outside. The surprise attack of being quoted $70 fee at my home for no pest control at all but for just coming out was very unethical. I felt that my arm was twisted so to speak. ALSO, THEY DO NOT GIVE A 10% SENIOR DISCOUNT AS SHOWN ON ANGIESLIST. The owner of the company said that it is not their fault but it is printed by Angieslist on Angieslist website!! I told the owner that I thought that is how Angieslist gets all the information- - from the company directly. I believe the owner played me. UNETHICAL.

It was positive working with them.  They were able to solve the problem.  They were responsive.  They were punctual.  I would use them again.

I called Good Riddance (a woman-owned company) and described the problem.  They gave me a nice early appointment time (7:30AM).  They were right on time.  Two men came and climbed onto the roof and filled the holes with some sort of bee insecticide (sorry bees!). The service guys were honest and didn't recommend that we do additional preventive spraying because of the nature of our specific issue. I appreciated that honesty. I'd use this company again.  Plus, they were cheaper than the competition (by at least $50) and have exact appointment times (not "we'll be there between 1 and 5pm") .

Over the three month period, it proved to be a good experience.

They come out for three sprayings over the seasons. Good for all insects and bees and wasps. They do a fine job.

I feel Good Riddance did a good job, however, I feel $264.00 to lay traps and poison is a little much. To be fair my house is very large (almost 5,800 sq. ft) so you can judge the price for yourself.

This is my third year contracting with this company. The first and third years I had ant, wasp and spider preventatives. I get plenty of advance notice in the spring to renew, and a phone call the day prior to treatment to remind us to close doors and windows and keep pets indoors. The second year I had ant-only coverage, but in the autumn noticed a wasp's nest in the peak of a roof that needed treatment. For a quite reasonable fee, a technician responded the day after I called, explained what to expect, and guaranteed the work. Anytime I've called with a question, Bob is ready with an answer and explanation. The technicians work quickly and quietly - a big plus since I work midnights and am usually asleep when they come by!

They hive was located on the roof. They were very prompt they came about an hour and a half after I called. They job was pretty standard. They took care of the problem. They gave us a 30 warranty.

I felt Good Ridance Extermination did a wonderful job. I was very satisfied with this company, and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I thought Good Riddance was respectful of my property. I just had a problem with one of their technicians that did not do the job correctly. They sent out another tech to correct the problem.

Gambino Lockport Ford doesn't call before they come out so we are never ready for them. They only sprayed a few minutes and were here for 2 or 3 minutes, and we still have bugs.

Good Riddance Extermination did a satisfactory job. They treated me well as a customer, and got the job done quickly. My honey bee problem was taken care of adequately, at least for now, because bees take orders from no one. I would hire them again.
