They don’t return phone calls or messages. They tell you they are going to come, but they don’t show up. They are very unresponsive.  I have made over fifty phone calls to them.  I’m still waiting for my four down spouts, which they say are not part of the contract. They had to replace all the plywood on the roof. Then they wanted their son to get on the roof to do the work and he was a minor in high school. The owners are overall no good.  When the workers did do the work its very good.  They are not reliable when it comes to communication. I have tried working with them and giving them the benefit of the doubt.

They’re very poor at returning calls or coming back. As far as putting the roof on, the were fine. The gutters however, were not done right. They were seamless gutters and the water is seeping between the gutter and the easement of the house. When I opened the door, water was pouring down in front of my living room windows. There was also water coming in through the house last winter. I don’t know if he subcontracted people for the gutters or not because they came on a different day than the roofers, so I’m not sure.
