Not impressed by how thorough the job was done. Have to clean the area by myself or to hire somebody else to do it. The branch was large - after falling it broke bush branches and created a lot of debris. The provider wasn't interested to do that as it "wasn't worth of his time". He was quick, however, to ask to be paid. Will hire again only if no alternative is found in my area.

They're highly responsible. They came right away. It was a very difficult tree to remove and they got it out of here within a half day. There was a possibility of there being damage from the removal which there wasn't so I was very grateful for that.
