Description of Work: Original quote was $4500.00. Increased to over $7000,00 a portion of which was due to some rock needing to be jack hammered. I paid for jack hammer rental and was willing to pay an additional $1000.00 for the labor. After all was jack hammered Sal requested an additional $2700.00 for additional work as well as he claimed that the color we picked cost additional. We were never told this when we picked the color. I paid in full and attempted to negotiate a reduction in the interest of good customer relations. No response to numerous e-mails and phone calls. There is also a problem with the retaining wall that they built portions of it not matching the other sections. It is now in the hands of my attorney and we go to court in early March. Alma, Sal's wife called me in September after receiving the letter from my Attorney asking if there was a problem. In my opinion they are dishonest business people who take advantage of customers after the job has started.  + -1 moreIt worked out fine. They were great. They were on time and promptly returned any calls I gave them. They did exactly what I wanted them to and were very accomodating.
Description of Work: They put a walk way of stamped concrete in for me at my home.
