Description of Work: I was in the process of buying a foreclosure property in Boiceville NY by Woodstock, and called JJ after finding his listing where he had a good rating. I am a general contractor builder myself, a third generation, in Manhattan, and work all over the state, so I have experience for 40 years or more. I also called about 15 other excavators for an estimate, who I found all over the internet and advertisements, and only a few ever showed up, they never called back or anything after setting appointments. JJ showed up on time in pouring rain and mud up to our eye ?¿¿$% and walked around the 10.5 acres I was looking to clear of trees and debris. The place was a dumping ground of cars and junk for 50 years and overgrown. JJ was very young, and I credit him very much since I went on my own at his age away from family and started my own company. He was very polite and professional, he was a little pricy at first, and made comparissons to estimates I had gotton, but we negotiated and signed contract and gave him a cash deposit on the spot to start. JJ, his father and Frank, all worked on the excavating, and they did a lot of extras and we changed alot of things, and they never charged me or made any issues with anything, we all worked well together, and I am not easy to please by far. I am extremely difficult and want what I want and don't take no for an answer like my clients. JJ, his father & Frank were fantastic.
