Summit took excellent care of me and my truck after the accident. They made it look as if it had never happened!! The paint job was flawless! I would recommend them to anyone when damage occurs!

They are great. They are upfront and honest. They tell you right upfront how much it is going to cost. They tell you what you really need and what you could need. They give good options to do the optional things. I have never had a problem with them in any of my dealings with them.

I have been researching and looking at Ford Fusion (new) cars. I was well equipped with figures and facts. I went to several car dealerships and had numerous phone calls from dealerships as well. My experience at Summit Ford in Auburn, NY was the best experience I have had in all my years of trading and buying new cars. I had dealt with the same Chevrolet dealership for 15 years but after reading very good reports on the new Ford Fusion, I was impressed and decided to try another make of car. I had done an inquiry online with Summit Ford in Auburn and had a phone call from the salesman the next day. I had already been negotiating with another Ford dealership nearby but was impressed with his friendliness and "no pushing" demeanor. He offered me an excellent insight to the Ford Fusion, the current auto prices for 2011 and 2012, gave me good comparisons including the different models and prices. He told me what he had available in 2011 (new, which he had there but not in the model or color I was looking for) and then talked with me about the price difference between remaining 2011 models and 2012 models. I told him I would get back to him soon. After a second "deal" with the other Ford dealership that turned out to be disasterous, even after I had in good faith given this dealership a $500 security deposit on a car they were looking for but didn't have yet, I decided to drive to Auburn, NY and talk with this salesman whom I had spoken with the day before. Their hours are from 8 to 6 pm (on Fridays). I was busy and had a late start getting out of my office to head to Auburn, which is a solid 1 hour 15 minute drive away for me. I called this salesman from my cell phone when I was just in Fayetteville, NY and told him I was on my way. He was waiting for me outside at the front entrance of Summit Ford in Auburn and greeted me as soon as I pulled up and parked my car. He wakled over to my car that I had planned to trade in and told me it was a beautiful car and well maintained just by looking at it. He then had 2 Ford Fusions pulled up together, each a model SE and SEL, 2012, and "walked me through" the cars. He took time to show me all the features of each car and the differences between each model and corresponding price difference for the few extra "perks" on one model vs the other model. I knew the difference in engines, tires, accessories, etc. He then put a license plate on one of the cars and said "let's take it for a spin". We drove a good distance with the car to see how I liked the way it handled. I was truly impressed. More importantly I was very impressed with the salesmanship of this young man and his knowledge of this particular make and model of Ford. We came back and I said, "I'll take it". We then went to his office, he introduced me to the staff at Summit Ford, took the appropriate information, his manager looked at my car, gave me an excellent trade-in value ($2,500 more than the other dealership I was working with), and the sales transition was smooth and efficient. I arrived at Summit Ford at 5:15 pm and drove out at 6:30 with a new car that would be ready for me to pick up on Saturday 8/13/11. Even their Finance Department officer was outstanding, giving me the various extended warranties, and very carefully explaining all of the information to me. This was, by far, the best "new car" experiene I have had in many years. Even after dealing with the same Chevy dealership for 15 years, going to Summit Ford was the best decision I made in looking at, and purchasing a new car. This outstanding salesman who worked with me was John Guralny. If you are looking for a new car, please ask for John. He is professional, courteous, very informed about the cars he sells, and thorough. He takes great pride in what he does and he represents Summit Ford as they deserve to be represented. Every step was very smooth and I was treated very respectfully. They actually sent two salesmen two 300 miles away to get my car from Plattsburg, NY because it had the exact combination of options I wanted. I was astounded by their dedication and speed in finding and aquiring my car! I have been a return customer with Summit ever since. I later traded that car in for a 2009 Pontiac Vibe from Summit Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac, and GMC. Recently my famly has expanded, so, we swapped the Vibe for a beautiful 2010 Chevrolet Traverse last December. The price was great and the financing options were awesome, my rate is unbelievably low. A+ all the way!

Overall, the work took a little longer than I expected. However, the work went very well. The guy who heads the body shop, Gary, was fantastic. He knew exactly what was going on with the parts, and he explained why it was taking so long. He got a rental car for me for free. He was very helpful.
