Terry is terrific . He has been our appliance doctor for over 15 years and has done a great job every time.He is prompt, courteous, honest ,has reasonable prices , and always returns my calls very quickly. I highly recommend him and will always call Terry for his expertise.

Although my wall oven did not get repaired, I think the Appliance Doctor was professional and thorough. He advised me that my oven was not worth investing any more money in parts and labor.

I can't recommend the Appliance Doctor highly enough. I had called 3 other repair services and was constantly waiting for return calls or service techs that never came. The Appliance Dr returned my call promptly, scheduled an appointment within 24 hours and was prompt, courteous and effective. Not only did he repair the damaged coil, he also had the foresight to recommend replacing the second coil to avoid a second service call which he felt would be needed in 6-12 months.

This repair store does super work at a very good price. We've used them for years for any appliance problems we've had. They always get the work done quickly and efficiently. They come on time and don't make a mess.

I used the Appliance Doctor before to fix my stove, and he did a good job then as well. I call and he responds quickly. For both repairs, he was here within six hours. He is a good, reliable repairman who knows appliances well, and he never talks down to me.

I was not impressed. Appliance Doctor responded quickly, but once he got here he brushed me off, saying to buy a new one. He did not look at the refrigerator closely. I paid $1400 for it only eight years ago. I felt he should have given it a more serious inspection before jumping to the conclusion to replace it.

I have been going to Appliance Doctor for years. I am very satisfied with the work he does. I will continue to use them in the future.

It took me a while to find somebody who could come out on that day. Appliance Doctor arrived soon after calling and found the problem right away. He had the needed part in his truck and was done quickly.

I have recommended Appliance Doctor to someone else already. I was very happy with the price. Everything works great. My washer is constantly running. He worked on it, and had it back to work in minutes. It was a great experience. He was well prepared.
