Spiro was fantastic! My apts were in a Coop in NYC which can make getting any kind of work done a very daunting and laborious task given the extra level of paperwork involved (especially when you consider the scale of work that I wanted done) but Spiro handled it all with professionalism and ease. He has a great eye for flow and layout and after surveying the two apts he suggested a completely different layout than I had originally planned and still to this day I thank my lucky stars that I went with his vision. I ended up getting a space that had fantastic flow with 3 bedrooms (but easily able to convert into a 4 bedroom) and with a clever walk-in closet (which for apt living is beyond amazing!) that once was the old hallway of one of the apts. I actually had to live in one of the units while the work was being done and I was super appreciative that Spiro placed cleanliness while working as a top priority. Everything came out better than I imagined and I received compliments from everyone who stepped foot in my door. There are many talented & skilled people in this business, which after seeing Spiro's work first hand, I believe he is one of them, but what you don't find often are people with integrity and respect for the client. He brings his genuine true self. He genuinely wants to do a good job & see that you are happy. He has his client's best interests in mind - and THAT is a rare find, making him worth every penny in my opinion. I would recommend him for any project big or small. You'd be in very safe and competent hands.

Excellent...the project was done in a timely manner and Spiro worked with us to create exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was extremely friendly, neat and knew what they were doing. Spiro was always available and he responded right away to any of our concerns and questions. I would highly recommend him.

Everything was great. It came out just like we wanted.

It went absolutely exceptional. They showed up every day on time and did phenomenal clean up. We're very happy a year later with the completion of the bathrooms. Everything was done on the schedule they provided. They did an exceptional job on the flooring, tile work and skim coating.
