If This was an awful experience. I called to replace a glass enclosed shower which was leaking. I was told the cost was prohibitive and that all that was needed was to replace the hinges to allow the door to close properly. I gentleman came out, measured. He was very nice. HOwerver, I was then notified that they needed 1/2 down to order the hinges. I paid and never heard back. they did not return messages sent by email or voicemails left. After 2 1/2 months I finally got through to someone who said the hinges were in and they would arrange installation. When they came to install the hinges, I was told they had the wrong hinges, they were too wide, and would need to order new ones. That was over one month ago and they have never gotten back to us about the hinges, yet they took $300. If I can ever get through to someone, I will cancel the job and ask for my money back and try to find a more reliable firm.
