EAGLE HOME IMPROVEMENT

I've had some problems and have tried to get in touch with them to have them come and take a look and I've had real trouble with them. Initially I had given them an "A" because they did the job as they said they would, but they certainly have not been responsive as far as coming back and dealing with what appear to be problems. Before the leaks, they did the job fine. It's hard to get a call back from them. They were supposed to come out and look at the roof, haven't done that, and haven't gotten back with me. They just aren't interested in follow up.

Eagle did a great job on our very difficult roof. Extremely pitched, 25+ years old, and rotted in several spots, they fixed all rotted areas, did a great job in the extensive flashing around "dog house" ares and Fireplace chimney, and were here exactly at 8 AM on the day they said they would be here at exactly 8AM ( nice) ...Installed a cricket in a cove area as requested to divert water away from house and were really great. My roof has two dog houses, 2 flat sections and 4 severely pitched sections ( they had to rope themselves up to install), and they did a great job on all of it. 
IMPORTANT: They were also THOUSANDS less than every bid I got. 8+ contractors quoted me $9000. Eagle came in at under 7K and were done in 2 days. When I inquired as to why they were priced below their competitors they stated they do not use salespeople ( no commission to pay) and were a family business, so they did not need to hire outside people as much as other providers. Either way, I'll keep the 2 grand for the next project ( do they really ever end) .You're only challenge may be getting a hold of them as they do not use salespeople, and you will be tasked with pursuing them vs them immediately responding to you. Keep at it. Its worth the savings, and they really did do a great job.

Eagle did an excellent job. The guys showed up when they said they would. They removed the old roof and installed a new one. The clean-up was great - you would never know they were here. All of this was done in one day. And the roof looks great!

Everyone was professional and nice. I plan to use Eagle for my next home improvement job. I highly recommend this company.
