Description of Work: I own rental properties and have used their services many times over this year. Most recently they took care of a sewage back up into a basement. They also installed a new toilet.

Description of Work: Tenant did not have hot water. They found the problem.

Description of Work: Replaced ancient hot water heater. Have used this company before have found their people to be conscientious and fair to deal with. I would recommend them. The price was in line with quotes from other companies. They were there when they said they would be and the corrected the problem in short order.

Description of Work: installed faucet in bathroom sink. They were very responsive and helpful. The installation took less than an hour.

Description of Work: The 1st call (on 12/15/12) was to diagnose a "water heater problem" at my rental property. The water heater problem turned out to be a major "in slab" water line failure. The replacement of the failed water line (to the kitchen) was done quickly and professionally using pex tubing along the only reasonable path (along the ceiling and wall). The job was done well, on a time a materials basis. A carpenter/handyman was recommended for "boxing in" the pex line.

Description of Work: I last used Woodcock & Armani Company about four years ago for some plumbing work. They took out my broken garbage disposer and installed a new one for me.
