Work was of good quality, Service was professional and done in an efficient way.

They have usually been fine. I had gone there previously on a recommendation from a guy who did some work on my car and I only worked with Steve at that time. But then I worked with this other guy and when he checked me out there was an issue. The service was for $115 but they charged me $150 and I got a feeling that he thought that I was not going to catch that. When I was walking out I pointed this out to him and he gave me an excuse saying that it was late in the day. I think that guy was the owner but I am not positive. I would be careful, not to get that guy again. It's a true market price. I have never had a problem with their services. They call you right back.

I called Steve on Tuesday, and he made time for me on Wednesday, as the door wasn't closing and I had transportation to get car in that day. He called in the afternoon, letting me know that the back door was fixed and that one repair would be necessary before the slushy weather, a second repair could be put off for a bit until the car started having trouble with oil, and that the third wasn't a problem at all. He was able to do the repair the next day. Then, he took payment over the phone so that we could pick the car up after hours. The price was way lower than the dealer's quote. (We've had other great experiences with Village Auto Service in the past as well.)
