They repaired my TV, but you have to get it into the building as they do not appear to help in getting our TV into their store and their was no offer of assistance. Other than that, they were able service my TV that would not record.

They kept me well-informed every step of the way. United Radio notified me when the part was order, when it arrived and when their technician would be arriving at my home. The tech did arrive a little late to my home, but the work was done properly and very quickly.

We had a problem with them. They attempted to fix the television--they have been out here numerous times and the television still does not work. A different guy comes out each time we call. Once I paid them, the television stopped working about 10 minutes after they left. He said they would have to order a new resistor and I had to keep calling to check on the order. Around a month has gone by and I finally found out they had ordered the wrong part, but the television is still not fixed. In fact, they are supposed to come out again today. They are the only repair company that will come out to your house in this area so we have no choice but to use them.
