Very professional- showed up on time, did a good job. Previously, i had contacted three other firms to give me an estimate on the work, and one did not give free estimates, the second business never returned my call and the third showed up but never sent me an estimate. Senke is the only one that stepped up.

The torsion spring on my garage door snapped while both cars were inside so opening the door would have been troublesome. My call to Senke's was answered by a very understanding woman who canvassed her techs to see if anyone could fit in the work. Within an hour, Chris was onsite and went about the task of replacing the spring. The work was done in an efficient, neat, friendly, and workmanlike manner. He even went above and beyond by lubricating the hinges on the garage door. In less than an hour, the door was repaired, tested, and working perfectly again. I would have no reservations recommending Senke's and they will be my first call for any future garage door needs.

Called office, next day was New Years but they scheduled me for the 2nd. She gave me an estimate on what she thought this fix would run and she was pretty darn close. David W arrived as scheduled and got right to work. Replaced both springs, put on safety cables, oiled and adjusted our door. He explained everything to me, very pleasant fellow. Door has never run so smoothly. My husband was amazed. Very impressed from start to finish with this business and the service I received.

First time user of Angie's List. I have not reviewed anyone I can think of in at least 5+ years. To sum up briefly - simply EXCELLENT. ALL OF THE A'S MARKED ABOVE WERE WELL DESERVED AND NOT EXAGGERATIONS ON MY PART. Right from the initial phone call to the technician leaving was perfect. AND to beat all, the actual charge was less than what was quoted on the phone which ='s honesty and integrity in my humble opinion. So, yes folks, if you have a need that this contractor can respond too, I highly recommend you call them. AND they gave a 1`0% Angie's List discount that I was NOT expecting.

Very well. Colby was the service person's name. He was prompt friendly and very knowledgable. He took extra time to explain the need to replace the broken door opener and all the functions of the new one he replaced. Door works great. Cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from customer service to the actual visit. No price was mentioned but they came highly recommended from our regular handyman who is also great. The price was exceptionally reasonable and the gentleman who came to do the work was friendly, professional, quick and did the job right. Couldn't be happier, glad there are still companies like this around.

Wonderful people from start to finish! Recommended by a few friends, went to the showroom, picked out what I wanted, DONE!! Very friendly, answered all my questions. They said approx 5wks, and that was it exactly! I asked them for a specific day (I had the day off of work) and they scheduled me for between 11 - 1. He showed up at 10.45, said it would be 3-4 hours, and he was gone by 1.30. He explained everything, helped us set up the outside box, answered our questions. Will highly recommend, and would definately work with them again!

The technician was very professional, explained the problem and offered recommendations to correct. I ended up having both cables replaced and work was done within an hour. The tech took the additional steps to lubricator and adjust the door as necessary after the cables were replaced. Would definitely recommend and call again!
