Overall, it went very well. Carpets looked great and I was very pleased. I thought it was a little pricier than competitors but they responded right away. Good service. Guy was about 45 minutes late but not a big problem.

Very well. They were polite, helpful and efficient. They arrived almost 1 hour after the end of the window they had committed to. Since we had such a small job for them they (as quoted) charged us their minimum ($100) plus $16 tax.
