Excellent customer service. I called for the removal of a large hornet's nest and they were able to come out the next day! The process was easy and they provided an itemized report of the services performed the same day.

If Andy were in my class when I was teaching, he would have received an A++++++. The plan was that I would take my car to his office this morning, and Andy, the owner, would look at a problem I had to see if it could have been caused by mice. He emailed me very early this morning to let me know what time he would be in the office, and unfortunately I did not see the email and arrived before that time. One of his technicians called him, and he dropped what he was doing and came to his office to look at my problem, even though it was MY fault that I was there at the wrong time. He evaluated the problem and gave me many reasons why the problem could not have been caused by mice... it was a great "mouse lesson" by a very knowledgeable professional. He refused to accept any payment for his time and expertise. He was cordial, polite, genuinely interested in helping me, kind, and the list goes on. I would HIGHLY recommend him and Perimetek to anyone who needs exterminating services! Thanks again, Andy!!

Perimetek was great from the moment I called . They were professional, polite, and new their job. They cared for my home, family, pets and me like they were their own. The issue took a bit to be resolved and they stood by their word and came back several times until the issue was resolved. I offered to pay more but they refused stating this was all under warranty. I will hire them again, should I need to and recommend they to everyone.

Problems solved! Not only was the service prompt, but they recommended (reasonable) treatment beyond the entry area. I had a huge anthill and, although I'd done my best to eradicate over time, until Perimetek came my efforts fell short. It is my recollection that I called them back the next year, as they guarantee their work. No matter what, they did the job, advised me that I should not spend anymore money after the first treatment, and all ended well...very well. Very professional.

So far the remediation has abated the ants.

Excellent, Perimetek is always so responsive, efficient and diligent.  They helped me solve a difficult carpenter ant problem at my home and I am so thankful for all their help.  My situation required a lot of visits and Perimetek was always willing to come back and they solved my problem.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The man was very punctual and professional. He checked the spot under the sink and determined that they were probably getting in through the drain pipe coming up from the basement. He sealed the pipe area with foam and steel wool. He checked throughout the basement and outside for signs where they were coming in and sealed those also. He explained thoroughly what was done. He also filled in spots in the garage leading to the entryway as an extra. He was here for almost 3 hours. So far, no mice have returned. It was explained that the lower cost although not guaranteed (since traps were not set), could be used as an offset in the future from the full price of the rodent maintenance if so desired. The man was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would absolutely hire them again.

Excellent.  He was very knowledgeable.  Spayed the nest and removed it from inside the wall.  He explained everything and showed me the nest afterwards (very interesting).  Only took a few minutes.  He said the area should be clear within the next 3 to 5 days, but by afternoon I didn't see any more yellowjackets around.  I am going to have him return to handle the mice that come in to the house in the winter.

We had mice in our attic this past winter. Andy from PerimeTek came out and looked in attic, basement and foundation to find where the mice where entering. He found the entry points and then gave us all kinds of good information. He found a couple of dead mice and took them away! He came back and installed rodent control stations in about 10 areas. Andy was excellent...professional, kind, courteous. I would highly recommend PerimeTek to anyone.

Rain tends to flood a section of our back yard and somewhere out there is a nest of small, pesky ants.  These unwanted neighbors have found a direct route into my kitchen via the window over the kitchen sink.  After taking over my food prep area and heading for food storage, we called PerimeTek.  Already a stinging insect customer, it was a no brianer to add ant treatment.  After the intial treatment around the kitchen window, we started to see slightly larger ants in our family room, guest bathroom and eating area of the kitchen.  One call and PerimeTek returned, free of charge to retreat the house.
On the return visit, Mark sprayed a barrier around the foundation of our home as well as reapplied poison to our kitchen window area.  We haven't seen the little pests since. 
I think what we like the most is the seasonal guarantee.  If we see a re-occurrence, we just have to call them to come back out and retreat the house.  I also appreciate that they use the most natural products they can, only resorting to the highly toxic posions as a last resort.

We have a problem with paper wasps in our porch area and eaves of the house.  Their service was a flat fee with a guarantee for the season. Anytime I see another nest or insects, they will come out and retreat the house for free.  The outdoor shed and any backyard play equipment are included as well. 
Exterior treatment was applied by Mark to the eaves, shutters, and light fixtures of the home.  Old nests he saw were removed as well. They use as many natural products as they can, and only apply the very toxic stuff if the problem persists.  Because of this we were advised to give the treatment 14 days to start working. 
At the end of 14 days we found one new nest on our shed, but overall the activity on our porch was very reduced and almost gone.  For some reason the queen wasps love to get in between one screen and slider door on the porch area.  Even Mark was flummoxed as to how she got in and how to prevent it. 
Because of the new nest, we called and they came out within a day or two to remove the new nest, retreat that area and treat the screen door where we kept seeing them again.  No sightings since then. 
Because of this we didn't hesitate to call them to treat our home for ants which we discovered at a later date.  See separate review for that.

It went great.  This year, their services weren't quite enough to get the job done; turns out we discovered that the neighbor's wood shed was full of nests, and they were coming over and harassing us in our backyard (the wasps, not the neighbors!).  So they came back for a re-treat, at no extra charge and with the neighbor's permission, went in there, even though it wasn't my property and technically he could have maybe charged us for another full service, and removed two nests the size of large zucchini, re-treated the whole area (including my house) and got the job done.  I would NEVER call anyone else to do this job, though I wish it were a little cheaper overall, although I do think they have a 10% early bird discount or something like that -- we did not take advantage of that this year for some reason.  Our bad.

They do a very good job. They know what to do and how to do it and we are satisfied.

They are very efficient.  They come out and do what I ask them to do.  They are very professional.  I’ve used them for quite a while and I don’t have any problems with them.  I would continue to use them in the future.
