replacement windows, doors

Description of Work: Replaced and installed 3 new sliding glass patio doors and 21 new windows for the entire home. Our home is a contemporary and has many large windows that contemporary homes have. It was a remove and replace job. The windows and doors replaced were Pella wood framed french doors and crank out windows. We had fiberglass framed windows and doors installed. We chose Pella of CNY because they supplied the manufactured product and performed the install themselves for no finger pointing problems. We entertained quotes for Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, and a very good privated home improvement contractor who used Marvin Windows. Home Depot quoted Anderson, Lowes quoted Pella and Sears quoted their own brand of vinyl window. All quotes were reasonable, with the highest quote coming from the private contractor. Some sales people who came and did the quoting were better than some of the others.
