After the pool liner was put in, it sagged in a couple spots. The guy who came out to fix it gave me attitude.

My partner and I inherited a 5-year-old, in-ground pool from Liverpool Pool and Spa when we purchased a home in the Baldwinsville, NY area last year. When our pool service person took the cover off this Spring, there was no water in the pool due to a large tear in the seam of the DaVinci lining. Upon closer examination, he noted that the lining was too small for the pool and that, over time, the over-stretched lining was the likely cause of this problem. When we went to Liverpool Pool & Spa to discuss this possibility, the representative said it was "impossible" that this could have occurred and made no attempt to investigate the problem. After some investigation, we discovered that there is a 25-year warranty on the product. When we brought this to the representative's attention, she said the previous owners did not fill in the warranty card; hence, there was nothing they could do. She also refused to have the lining checked to determine whether it was too small for the pool. She escorted us out of the store when we attempted to dispute their policy.

We use them each spring and fall to open and close our pool. They do great work and I don't have to worry about it. Never a problem with them and the pool looks great come spring.
