Excellent. I would give them a 5 star rating. He was assisted by a fellow named Chris, and he knew that there was residue left over from where I removed wallpaper. They finished getting off all of the residue, and repaired cracks in the wall and sanded it prior to painting. They were both always on time. They primed as well as painted. They would ask us for our opinion after completing a room. We are extremely happy and we would use them again. I have already recommended them to my neighbor who needs exterior painting. No complaints about them. They were jovial, and very down to earth. Chris was able to troubleshoot a spot that will need exterior repair that I will do.

His work is very good. He prepped everything,applied a primer coat and then final. At our request he re-tinted the paint to a slightly lighter shade. He was right on time both days and worked quietly and efficiently. I have asked him do more work for us.

Very professional and polite. Does not have a big crew milling about, which I appreciate- only one helper besides owner. Work was done promptly in time estimated, quality paint used. However, found many areas that needed to be repainted, as they were spotty or streaky. Owner did redo some of these areas.

"Some areas of your walls were not even, due to uneven sheet rock. When a painter rolls on an uneven wall it will not cover evenly as on a completely flat and even surface. The uneven area will be missed by the roller as in your case. On the second day of your job, after the wall was dry, I touched up these areas. If you felt there were marks or streaks you should have let me know when I returned to do your exterior so I could have retouched any area you felt was not done adequately. However upon my inspection when the job was done everything seemed well covered and you gave me no indication of dissatisfaction. Wen I returned later in the season to do your exterior you did not mention any streaks nor did you ask me to take a look at any lines or streaks. A customer should never have to feel they cannot call me with any concerns. I have many repeat clients and new clients and my message to all is to always communicate your concerns, even after I leave the job, or 3 or 4 days go by or even a week, and you notice something amiss. I always welcome my customers comments. Most of the time it is the client who needs to be educated about something; besides after all the painter is the one with the expertise and can always remedy your situation. Therefore please remember if a surface is not completely flat, the indentations may look like the job was sloppy or skipped over, when in fact the painter needs to wait for the wall to dry so he may go back and touch up the indentations where the sheet rock is indented, as my helper and I did. I recall no streaks or lines because latex paint does not leave streaks or lines. We always inspect our work before we leave and we recall your interior and exterior repaint looking just fine. He usually paints interior in the winter months but did a special request that I needed it done in the summer months before my rugs were installed. He did above and beyond what was asked of him painting heat grates, closet doors that were metal and looked bad. I was going to replace the closet doors but they still look great. He did a great job of cleaning up.
