The move was smooth other than the truck was not big enough and we had to make 2 trips (no problems because we were only 8 miles away). I was glad to do the 2 trips than to have my belongings shoved in just to make it fit!!! It was a very hot day and the guys worked hard.
The only problem I had was that they had to move 3 very high and heavy oak bookcases upstairs to the loft. As they turned to go up one of the bookcases scratched the new hardwood floor in 2 areas. The head mover took pictures and contacted Don at the office.
I was contacted by Don within an hour. I was told they would take care of it immediately . He was true to his word, by the next day he had sent 2 flooring companies out to evaluate and quote. He also asked me to do the same, which I was happy to do. By the following week we both decided on the company to fix it and they were out the following week! WOW all done to my satisfaction and very quickly. I was happy!
