Great company and owner to work with. Never pressured me to do more than I wanted to, and even used the extra wood from the deck he built to make a small (but much needed) step for one of my side doors!

Came out did inspection and measurements and said would email quote in 2 days. A week later I called to follow up because I didn't receive quote, again no apology but said 2 days. It's been weeks and still no quote!

We could not be more satisfied with the quality and workmanship by Usee Builders. Frank the owner provided a design to our concepts of the replacement deck as we were increasing the size and adding additional deck space. His combination of the deck and patio pavers resulted in a stunning space. We now spend more time outside than we do inside. His valued creative input and recommendations resulted in a deck and outdoor space that exceeded our expectations. It's evident he takes great pride in delivering outstanding results, the work and materials was of high quality, schedule was met as originally presented and adjustments to budget (changes on behalf of owner) were priced appropriately.

The job was done with efficiency and professionalism. Frank and Matt were courteous and personable. Frank said I would be satisfied with my new deck, and I am.

We originally had Frank come out to give us an estimate on a small deck (platform). After reviewing the location of where the deck would go, he recommended that we use pavers instead and drew up a plan for us to think about. We ended up going with the pavers, and he did a magnificent job! We were so pleased with his work, we will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, organized and neat worker. Frank and his team showed up on time, were pleasant to talk to, and listened to suggestions or requests, without any questions asked. Great overall experience, and we love our new patio.

USEE Builders did an excellent job. It turned out that the entire deck had to be replaced. Frank came up with a drawn plan and a couple of options. He worked with me to find what suited both me and my budget best. I am really pleased with the result and know that this deck is not only beautiful, but will last for a long time!

Usee Builders, Inc. This company was great to work with. They built strong steps and landing for me. Then Frank saw the front of my house. Needed new steps. He made it look like it was ment to be there. My neighbors have told me how beautiful it looks. This crew worked fast together. They were there when they said they'd be, with work already done at their shop, to put together on sight. I can rest in the knowledge that lots of people can be on that beautiful deck.
