Terry initially told us he would be able to do multiple repairs, but stopped returning our calls and never did what he promised he would do after missing multiple appointments.

The overall experience was horrible
I would not recommened SST Improvements. Terry told us that he had to change the company name to not include roofing because of insurance but it is because of the Better Business Bureau were there are other complaints about him
