Once, they sprayed for inch worms, and they were still here, so I called them, and they came back and took care of it.

I've used them for years and they really are good. At this time of the year they come once a month to treat our garden. They come seven times a year and do all the different things. I enjoy sitting outside and seeing them do it. They call the day before to remind you that they are coming and if you're not home they leave the bill in the mail box. You can pay in the beginning of the year and save about ten percent of the money. Once they did the job and I wasn't home, they spayed the disinfectants and left signs to let you know. It started to rain so I called them and they came back a couple of days later and sprayed with no charge. They live up to their guarantee. The owner is excellent and she does all the communications. They come when they say they are going to come.

The man said that depending on how many he removed, it could run up to $600. I wasn't satisfied with that price, because I could go to the store and get a trap for $50. I suppose I was paying for the humane part of it. I really have nothing to compare the price to. The man was very nice. He gave me hints about what animal I had; I thought I had moles. He also got back to me within five minutes.

My pest control company is great. They really are. They have done termite certifications for me, pest certifications, inspections, and catching animals. Their prices are always right. The service is fabulous and Ralph himself is just great.
