Ceramic Tile Service
We started work in July 2012, gutting the entire master bath. We expected to be done within a month. But he had to take several vacations during the construction., And his wife had a job, so Wednesday he could not work because he was watching his kids. He sent his special guys to fill in but they had a flat tire, and we waited all day for them. They never showed. The 'reason' was they had no spare. Another day he didnt show up because he had van trouble. The project dragged into August and he contracted 'pneumonia' and could not work for over a week.
When he began replacing the shower surround, he admitted that he did not know how to put in a corner door at a 45 degree angle. [or 135 degrees] He built a base that was more like 60 degrees. He asked me how to do it! So I showed him. I also had to loan him tools and drop cloths.
He built the door supports entirely wrong, and we had to order special hinges to accommodate his mistake.
Finally in September he decided to take his kids to Disney World. We were two months without a bathroom. He still had 2-3 days of work to do. He came back with 3 of his guys and the four of them tried to squeeze into my bathroom and finish it all in one day; laying tile, and grouting. They left the spacers in the wall. They left many gaps. They left parts untiled and unfinished.
Despite my polite efforts to get him to come back and finish, he had other jobs to do, and let us now that he was not coming back, and we could keep the 800 dollars we owed him. My wife and I had to finish the tiling ourselves.
He was a total disaster.
He can tile, but he cant run a business.
Stay far away from this 'nice' guy.

"Well hello Angies list I seen this feedback on my profile after 6 years . I am in business since 1998 never any complaints this one is true to some degree ! A not so easy person to work for adding many xtras at no cost. Heat mats other details yes I did not feel comfortable entering this home To finish glad he keep my money !
