FOUR D LANDSCAPING

Women in the office are awful, Rude and incompetent. We called to cancel them for the summer and they continued to come and bill us. They refuse to acknowledge the fact I canceled and are still expecting payment. Most unprofessional experience ever

Initially work was very nice last year - this included the clean-up, mulch and trimming and pruning. Big job and not cheap, but reasonable. Weekly lawn service was less than good. Guys were in and out in 2 minutes until I called and finally got a response within 2-3 weeks. Once they get the big money from you (not the weekly) very hard to get any kind of customer service/response from the ones that make decisions.

It went smoothly. Came 2 days after I called them in the busy time of year. Professional and curtious.

I was extremely pleased. I have a large area of my front yard that is completely flat and wide open and wanted to do something with it but wasn't sure what to do. I called Four D landscaping after reading reviews online and was not dissappointed. Sean called me back right away and set up an appointment for the next day. He was right on time, and mapped out a few different plans to choose from with estimates. After reviewing the plan we set a date and he arrived as scheduled and did a beautiful job!!! Sean was very easy to deal with and accommodating. I will definitely be using Four D landscaping again next season to keep adding features to my property.

They came on the scheduled day and stayed until they were finished.
They were very professional and informative. They answered any questions we had with no problem.
I felt very comfortable with them and would recommend them to my friends and family.

It was absolutely perfect. They were meticulous and courteous.

Went well I pointed out the bamboo and they took care of it no problem. with no extra cost.

Very quick phone response and estimate.  They explained options and were flexible, very professional. We only wanted to do the minimum right now and they were willing to accommodate. The work was done about a week later than expected (told 2 wks, turned out to be 3)  but this was not a problem for us.  The work itself was done exactly as promised. We would use this company again.

I had a problem with my old landscaper, and I was on the hunt for a new one b/c our lawn was starting to look like a forest.  I emailed Four D and they called me back right away.  they came to my house that same day to do the estimate for our needs.  I called them 2 days later to get things going.  They came the SAME day to do my first mowing.  Then they came yesterday for the spring cleanup & gutters.  They did a phenomenal job, and I love how responsive they are.  A+++++++++

We had gotten a few quotes for some yard work. Four D was the only company that came the day I called to give us a quote. They were willing to do everything we wanted for a fair price. They came right away to mow even though they couldn't get to everything else. I gave them a B for punctuality only because they said they were coming Saturday but didn't come until Tuesday. This means very little to me after seeing the beautiful job they did.Our yard is spotless, not a twig or rock or acorn to be found. When I say they weeded, they WEEDED! They even pulled all of the dead plants from last year out of my planters. They did everything I would have done myself and more. My husband says this was the best money we've ever spent on the house, and I couldn't argue. We'd planned on this being a one time thing since we couldn't get to it with a toddler running around, but I think we'll have to use them again. Thank you so much!

4D Landscape is great. 4D has been cutting my lawn and doing my twice yearly spring and fall
clean-up. They are responsive and professional unlike most fly by night
landscape crews around here. Yes, they are a little more expensive than
some companies but you get what you pay for. A good service provider.

They were fine.  The price I paid was for per week.  They don’t do residential ploughing in the winter but they do commercial ploughing.  So I’m disappointed in that.  They did everything I asked them to.  Their price was about right.  I had other estimates and it was about the same.  Their quality and professionalism were fine.

I have a large property with a lot of flower beds. We recently moved in and didn't have the time to work on the outside.  It took them a couple of hours, but they made the property look beautiful!  I rated punctuality B since they couldn't tell me the actual day they were coming due to being backed up from the weather.  I had to call a couple of times to pin down a day.

Equipment for mowing left visible wheel tracks in the grass.  They seem to contract out to other companies for additional work.

Requested the Fall clean-up, was told we were scheduled, no one ever showed - today is 12/27/14.

They did a great job with the clean up, but I wish their prices for other things were more reasonable. They are response and professional.
